Can a tailor re-create a dress using the old dress as a guide?
My favorite dress no longer zips up, (I blame my son), so I was wondering if anyone knows if I can take the dress to a tailor and they can use the old dress as a guide with my new measurements and new fabric to basically re-create the same dress?
